“Every day, think as you wake up,
Today, I am fortunate to have woken up,
I am alive; I have a precious human life
I am not going to waste it.” –Dalai Lama
How do you define a wasted life?
We make decisions on a daily basis: Which route should I take to work? What should I have for lunch? Which items on my to-do list should I move to the top?
Rarely do we take the time to focus on the big decisions that shape who we are and who we want to become.
Rarely do we take the time to reflect on the decisions we need to make in order not to waste our precious human life.
When big decisions like these are made, our actions that follow will be much more in alignment with creating the future that we truly desire.
Here’s one decision that can help you with choosing who you want to be, and it’s a decision that can change everything.
It’s asking yourself:
Do I want to be a would’ve could’ve should’ve person?
Or do I want to be a dream it, believe it, and achieve it person?
You know in your heart if you are truly living the life that you want.
Are you going to let another year pass without growth?
Or are you ready to change how you think in order to change how you act in order to change how you live?
Our time is limited; don’t waste it.
Is it easy to become a dream it, believe it, achieve it person? Absolutely not.
I never said it was going to be easy.
I said it was going to be worth it.
