Certified Coach Andrew Petrillo ACC is thrilled to be a part of Hayden’s coaching team. Andrew specializes in working with high school Junior and Seniors preparing for college and people in their young 20s struggling to launch into their next stage of life.
Navigating the last two years of high school and the late teens/early 20s years is a challenging time. Imagine having a coach to help you through it.
Coaching offers teenagers and young adults a secure and confidential space to acquire tools, share their challenges and victories, gain self-awareness, learn how to become their best selves, and build the confidence and sustained motivation necessary to excel.
Andrew offers two coaching programs: (on Zoom or in-person in the Portland OR area)
Academic Life Coaching for Teens. A 9-session program designed to help students succeed academically (better grades, habits, motivation, confidence, communication, etc.), personally, and/or athletically.
Transforming Your 20s. A 9-session program for people in their early 20s struggling with motivation, anxiety about the future, and career.

Meet Andrew Petrillo ACC
Andrew Petrillo ACC is an International Coaching Federation certified life coach and mechanical engineer with four years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing field.
Andrew’s mission is to empower young people to live out their dreams and achieve their fullest potential. A huge part of why this is his mission is because he received coaching at the age of 16 which inspired him to train and become a coach at the age of 19.
During his adolescence, he encountered challenges that neither therapy nor mentors could resolve. It was then that he discovered the transformative power of working with an Academic Life Coach.
He completed high school with the grades he aimed for and went on to excel in mechanical engineering at Gonzaga University.
Throughout college and afterwards, he coached adolescents across the United States for 4 years, mentored by Hayden Lee MCC.
Although he ventured into the aerospace industry as an engineer for 4 years, his true calling in coaching drew him back.
Andrew says, “Coaching didn’t just change my life; it redefined it. I am deeply committed to helping others experience the same transformative journey that I did.”
