This group course led by Hayden Lee MCC is designed for ICF PCC coaches needing to fulfill their 10 mentor coaching hours for their MCC application.

This course consists of 7 group mentoring sessions and 3 one-on-one mentoring sessions with Hayden.

Participants must attend at least 5 group sessions live to satisfy the 10 mentor coaching hours requirement. Missed sessions must be made up by reviewing the class recording and completing a Coaching Session Review Form (provided by Hayden).

In addition to satisfying the 10 mentor coaching hours, this course also satisfies 10 CCE units.

Participants will:

  • Dive deeper into the ICF Core Competencies at the MCC level
  • Have the opportunity to coach live and receive feedback on their coaching
  • Have access to coach recordings that successfully passed the MCC
  • Be more competent and confident about the MCC application process

One-on-One Calls with Hayden (60-minutes each)

To be scheduled individually after Group Session 2 (July 12, 2024)). All three calls need to be completed within 3 months of the final Group Session (by November 23, 2024)

Investment (via Zelle or Venmo. Credit cards incur 3% convenience fee)

1 payment of $2750

Minimum of 6 coaches for the course to move forward. There will be a maximum of 10 coaches per cohort.

About Hayden Lee MCC

Hayden Lee received his MCC in 2019. He has trained and mentored hundreds of coaches at all levels. He was the lead trainer at the ICF-accredited coaching school Coach Training EDU, where he now serves on the Advisory Board. He is an active Executive Coach who has coached senior leaders and their teams at such organizations like Google, Lyft, HMSHost, Cisco, IBM, and St. Luke’s Healthcare to name a few.
