Extraordinary Coaches Circle is a hybrid coaching program combining group coaching, one-on-one coaching by Master Certified Coach Hayden Lee, AND feedback from recordings of your coaching sessions with your clients.

There are approximately 1200 Master Certified Coaches (MCC) in the world, and Hayden is proud to be one of them. Hayden has worked with hundreds of clients, has over 3000 coaching sessions under his belt, was the lead trainer at an ICF-accredited coaching school, co-created an Executive Life Coaching course, co-created a Neuroscience of Coaching course, and has trained and mentored hundreds of coaches. Hayden is a walking contradiction. He is one of the most powerful and accomplished coaches in the world AND he is a bit wacky, goofy, has explosive energy, and is the wild one on the dance floors at weddings. His weirdness is what makes him great. We are all walking contradictions. What makes you weird?!

THE 3 PILLARS TO BEING AN EXTRAORDINARY COACH

1. Coaching Being – Who do you need to BE to make it as a successful coach? This is the deep, personal transformational inner work that is required to happen if you hope to stick around.
2. Coaching Skill Set – In what ways are you mastering your craft? What training and mentorship have you had in the professional coaching skill set? Who is giving you feedback on your coaching? Working on yourself is NOT the same as having the skills to able to coach somebody else.
3. Coaching Business – What is your message? Who do you serve? What business practices and systems do you have in place that lead to optimal impact, profit, and efficiency? What actions and accountability do you need to keep building your business?

You MUST continually work on all 3 Pillars at the same time to be a successful coach. Most coaches fail because they do one or two, but not all three at the same time. Most coaches play it too safe in the 3 Pillars and do not take their profession as seriously as they need to if they want to succeed.

The number one reason why most coaches don’t make it is simple…they quit.

Extraordinary Coaches Circle is for you if you’ve already displayed a deep commitment to your coaching career and you care about elevating the coaching profession. Some examples of this commitment include:

• You hold an ACC, PCC, or MCC ICF credential
• You’ve already earned several thousand dollars in coaching revenue in the last two years
• You hold a coaching certification from a professional coaching school with at least 6 months of coach specific training
• You have several hours of training or mentorship in a coach specific method
• You have at least 100 hours of coaching experience under your belt (Actual coaching experience where your main role was coach, not previous jobs that involved a coaching aspect)

1 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching session with Hayden each month

1 x 60-minute one-on-one mentor coach session with Hayden reviewing a recording of your coaching with a client. Includes written feedback.

1 Professional Enneagram assessment and 90-minute debrief. (The debrief counts as one of your one-on-one sessions.)
